Ben works within an integrative relational framework that encapsulates a number of theories, including person-centred therapy, CBT and DBT (cognitive and dialectical behavioural therapies), psychodynamic, Gestalt and transactional analysis.
From experience both as a client and counsellor, Ben came to understand that these approaches alone are often not enough, so he undertook training in breathwork and mindfulness meditation for an enhanced approach to wellness and nervous system regulation.
It’s amazing the difference these practices can make in a short time. Ben aims to help clients to find the right tools for regulation and restore their connection to that crucial internal guidance system - intuition.
